Introduction to GMP

The Need 

Traditional compliance training is often text-heavy and disengaging, which can reduce learner motivation and retention. Companies in regulated industries require onboarding solutions that not only communicate the rules but also help learners recognize and apply them in realistic contexts, ensuring better transfer to the workplace. 

The Solution 

I designed and developed a short eLearning module in Articulate Storyline 360 titled Introduction to GMP. This interactive demo introduces learners to the purpose and principles of GMP, highlights common violations, and includes scenario-based knowledge checks to reinforce application. The design focuses on:

This project demonstrates my ability to combine instructional design theory, authoring tool expertise, and industry-relevant content into a polished digital learning experience suitable for compliance-driven organizations.
