My time as an EFL teacher taught me exactly what goes into making a learning experience both engaging and impactful. But great facilitation is just one part of the story—exceptional learning begins with thoughtful design behind the scenes. That’s what inspired me to shift gears and dive into the world of Instructional Design and eLearning.
